 Vacation Rental Terms & Policies

Payment Options: 50% of the total amount is due at time of booking. 50% of the total amount is due 30 days prior to arrival, along with the damage deposit. All rates are in USD. Visa and MasterCard are preferred methods of payment.
Check In: 4 p.m. EST - Conditions may require no more than a 2 hour allowance of check-in time due to any minor repairs.
Check Out: 10 a.m. EST
Required Stay: We reserve the right to require a minimum nights stay.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a mandatory evacuation you will only pay for days used. Canceled reservation prior to 30 days of arrival only 50% will be refunded. Up to 1 week is subject to process fee only for canceled reservation after transaction date.
Refund Policy: No refund for canceled reservation after 31 days prior to arrival. No refunds for early departure. No refunds for evictions.
Deposits: Damage deposit of $250 is due in the form of a postal money order or bank certified check, we do not accept personal checks. Damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date and is fully refundable if the condo is left in its pervious condition.
Other Fees: Rates are subject to change unless confirmed. A surcharge applies to holiday and weekend only stays. Weekly rentals are 7 days. Special event weeks are Bikers week, 4th of July week, and Labor Day week. Please call for rates on these weeks.
Other Policies:

This is a NON-Smoking Unit. No pets allowed. You must be 25 or older to rent in this complex. We reserve the right to substitute any furnishings or rental unit if conditions warrant beyond our control. We do not accept liability for injury, theft or any damages to personal belongings while occupying this condo or on the grounds of this resort.

Parking is first come first serve. Boats and campers are not allowed. Boucher Property Rentals will be in no way responsible for towed or ticketed vehicles parked in unauthorized areas.

All attendance at this unit will be held responsible for taking out their own trash and all used dishes washed and put back in place on departure date.

No daily housekeeping, soaps, toiletries, condiments, or paper products is offered for this unit. All linens and towels are not to be given to any of the on-site housekeeping personnel. All linens and towels are the property of Boucher Property Rentals and must remain inside the unit.

We reserve the right of substitution for a similar unit only if deemed necessary.

** By signing the lease you have agreed to abide by the Terms and Policy stated here in. Failure to abide by the Terms and Policy will mean forfeiture of damage deposit.
